Rachel Bogatay (she/her) is a dually licensed clinical and school psychologist who works with children and adolescents. Her areas of interest include working with anxiety, depression, school related problems, and individuals who are deaf/hard of hearing. She has advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for individuals with intense emotional or behavioral needs. She uses Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her practice to address a variety of mental health struggles. Dr. Bogatay strives to create a welcoming and safe environment where all can feel heard and seen.

Education

Dr. Bogatay received her doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in School Psychology. She completed a dual clinical and school psychology predoctoral internship, as well as her postdoctoral fellowship, with the La Grange Area Department of Special Education in La Grange, Illinois.
