Mental Health Emergencies
and Medication Refills

If you are a client of The Psychology Center and are experiencing a true mental health emergency, please call our office at (608) 833-9290. If you are calling outside of regular business hours, follow the prompts to reach our on-call answering service or hang up and call (608) 250-3966.

If you need a prescription renewal, please call your pharmacy. They will be able to verify that you have additional refills and if that is not the case they will fax a request to our office, if necessary. The provider will review/authorize the renewal and it will be faxed back to your pharmacy.

If medication changes are needed, you may leave a confidential voicemail by calling (608) 833-9290, extension 315.
