Michal has over 20 years of experience working with children (7+), adolescents, and adults experiencing difficulties with a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, relationships and life transitions and stressors. Her approach to psychotherapy is integrative, combining psychodynamic approaches and cognitive behavioral approaches (including biofeedback and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). She believes that therapeutic interventions should be tailored to best meet each client’s needs and personality. In addition to providing individual psychotherapy, Michal has extensive experience working with the parents of children with emotional and behavioral challenges using models such as Parent Management Training and the New Authority.

Education

Michal received her B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Florida, and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
